One of the leading American communications technology companies headquartered in New Jersey provides video telephony and online chat services through a cloud-based peer-to-peer software platform and is used for teleconferencing, telecommuting, distance education, and social relations.
The company had implemented the solution but wanted to upscale the no of users. Having access to their event scheduling feature across the globe. It had the scheduling and communication features but wanted it to be more user-friendly/less time-consuming and send reminders slot-wise to various participants.
Approach
Tecore labs, with its experience in a similar domain, understood the customer issue. The company designed the architecture in React Js cadence for scheduling event invitations. It came up with a solution so that all scheduling and communication slot-wise event reminders could be done. Scheduling and informing all resources could be uploaded in the application through a CSV file rather than individually.
